I am swamped, there's a tight deadline hanging over me, and tomorrow was a black hole day.

So I decided to just ask my manager at the theme park if I could take tomorrow off and work an extra day next week. Especially since there's hardly anything for me to do right now, it just kills me to be twiddling my thumbs at the office when there's a huge pile of work I need to be doing at home that I can't touch.

And guess what? She said fine, take the day off.

I just might meet my deadline after all.

Sometimes life really doesn't suck so much.

The powerhouse museum will be presenting the International Lace Award and entries are open for some lacy creations by March 2010. Their aim is to inspire designers, artists and architects to create a new generation of lace encompassing a diversity of materials, techniques/scale and featuring the artist's personal sense of 'place'.
Some big moolah is at hand to win with the overall winner receiving AU$20 000 and $4 000 ea. to 5 people who win under a specific category one being for example, Digital multi media (this category includes computer generated virtual lace design).

YOOOO :) How you doing? (to whoever is reading my blog) I'm good thanks. I was wondering, maybe I should write my Autobiography. It would actualy be really fun to write down things I've done in the past, as far back as I can remember. Although I'm only 18, (18 is still a long time on this world) a lot of small & big momments have passed in my life. Sounds good to me. Might start a little tonight, write down, memmories, and ect. :)

Y esterday, I spent the afternoon at Melissa and her bf Dominique's place. We spoke, catched up on a month of not speaking to eachother and I got to meet her bf for the first time, it was really fun. The rest of the evening I was with Annie & Karine. Annie and I watched Love Actualy. It was actualy really good, I didn't really like the trailer and I just though the movie was a romantique (sad) movie, but it was really a change of what I thought it would be. Good actors and very funny script. Overhall is was pretty good, I had a lot of laughs and momments I would smile. I give it 4/5 :)
